About the lecture
Motivational communication is about arousing motivation and commitment among employees. The training is inspired by Motivational Conversation, an evidence-based approach to relate to both those who have lost their desire and those who are already high performers, with the goal of lifting them even higher.
We focus on guiding employees in the event of high sickness rates, conflicts, energy thieves and mental illness. The training aims to help employees who are stuck to find their way forward and to arouse motivation and forward thinking in the whole team.
