“It’s lonely at the top” is a common saying. It can feel even lonelier being a middle manager.
All leaders need someone outside of the organization to bounce ideas off of in the dynamic work of bringing out the best in themselves and their team.
The Leadership Emergency is a year-long personal mentoring program for those serious about implementing and contributing to sustainable improvements within their organization.
The Leadership Resource is a package that includes:
– 1-year membership (personal, not for the company/organization)
– Ongoing personal mentoring by Ulf Lidman via Zoom (or preferred platform), phone, email, or WhatsApp.

- Drawing out solutions within yourself and your team for current workplace challenges
- Confidential venting with constructive feedback
- Planning upcoming changes: strategy and foresight
