About the course
Being an effective leader isn’t about directing and making decisions – it’s about build relationships, understand people’s motivations and create a working climate where everyone feels at home committed and motivated. With the training Motivational Communication (MI) for leaders As a management team, you get the opportunity to develop exactly these skills.
MI is not a method, but an evidence-based and powerful approach that helps leaders to strengthen relationships, promote change and elicit solutions to conflicts all at once respectful and empathetic manner. It is particularly effective when you face challenges such as employees who are stuck in negative behaviors or who affect the work environment on one harmful way. In the MI training for leaders, you learn to:
