More about me
Ulf Lidman
Education
– Master’s degree in Cross-Cultural Communication and Leadership from Fuller Graduate School in California
– Master’s degree in Behavioral Therapy with a focus on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy from Fuller Graduate School in California
– Certificate in Organizational Behavioral Management from Harvard
Experience and values
Ulf has worked with people for over 40 years. His experience spans four continents, where he has been involved in aid work, crisis and trauma support, and social work among highly vulnerable populations. “There are no impossible situations or hopeless cases!” This belief guided him as he transitioned into leadership training. Ulf has trained leaders in both the private and public sectors. He is passionate about leadership as a skill—something that is not innate or earned through long service. Too few leaders have formal education in leadership. Competence creates security and stability within organizations. Many companies and organizations have seen measurable results and positive changes after working with Ulf.
Two key principles Ulf holds dear:
Implementation: Training that does not lead to action is a waste of resources.
Staying grounded: A trainer must be credible and live out their teachings. Alongside his work as a lecturer, Ulf has always remained actively engaged as a leader in his areas of expertise.
A leader’s role is never to provide solutions or answers to their employees but to bring out the best in them. That is where sustainability lies.
