I prefer to speak of an “organism” instead – something that is constantly changing and evolving. Just like an organism adapts to its surroundings, an organization should do the same. The key to successful change and development lies in relationships.
I want to give a shout-out to all the fantastic leaders I meet through my work. Leaders who understand that to be both empathetic and results-oriented, they must start with their own development. This means continuously strengthening their self-esteem, growing in their skills, and taking care of their own well-being. That deserves respect!
There is a great curiosity about both new knowledge and personal development, which makes my work incredibly rewarding. Guiding others requires that I also work on myself. A transparent leader becomes credible, and no leader is or ever will be perfect. But there are countless leaders who are continually striving to grow and improve.
A leader in an organism understands that success is built on engagement and a passion for building relationships.
It’s incredibly inspiring to meet leaders who are passionate about transparency and development – both for themselves and for others.
Have a brilliant day!
